My condolences to the family. I just saw this in the newspaper.
Mr. Tronco was a very good man and one of my favorites when I was in high school.
Such a positive man and very nice to me.My best to the family for their loss.

Sal Tronco will always be remembered by me. My dad, Michael DiMaria, lived with Sal,Rita, Aunt Rose and Uncle Nick on Kings Hwy in Audubon when dad came to the US from Gambatesa, Italy. Sal was helpful to me and other family members in securing summer and teaching positions. When I graduated from Rowan University, Sal steered me in the right direction as to which school district would be the better choice for my first teaching position. He was always encouraging and supportive, two important qualities of a teacher. I am very grateful to him for his help and will remember his warm and welcoming smile. The Lord and the Troncos are smiling and welcoming Sal to his eternal home. (think Angie had spaghetti and meatballs ready!) My deepest sympathy to all the Tronco cousins for your loss. Jean
