Darlene,
I remember when I was little how you would always call me your little goombah, which I had always thought was just a term of endearment that you had made up. So imagine my surprise when I found out, years later, that it was an actual word that spoke to how close we are. I remember, when I was very young, how you once drew me a map of the shire (from Tolkien's books) and then when I drew a bunch of scribbles on a piece of paper you then turned those scribbles into a map and made up stories for me of the people who inhabited that far away land. and I remember all the trips we took to Disney. You little goombah missed you greatly.

Darlene, you were my sister
and my best friend. We were always together growing up. Words can never say how much we will all miss you. I will always treasure the good times we had going to Disney World every year. You were our rock in hard times and now my heart is broken. Heaven has gained a soul. And we will all feel the loss until we meet again in heaven.
