Obituary of Derek J. DeBlase

Derek J. DeBlase age 32 years passed away suddenly on September 4, 2012. Derek is survived by his parents Vincent J. DeBlase, Jr. and Joy M. (nee McMillin) of Waterford, his sisters and brother, Shelly Perna and her husband Paul of Rosedale, NJ, Joy Toussaint and her husband Ed of Waterford, NJ and Vincent J. DeBlase, 3rd. and his fiance Kara Angeline of Braddock, NJ. Derek is also survived by his nieces, Briana Crawford, Carlee Toussaint and Harley Toussaint. Family and Friends are invited to his viewing on Sunday evening from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home 441 White Horse Pike, Atco. (856)767-0539. A funeral service will begin at 8:00pm. Cremation will be private following the services.
