Dear Anthony, Joe, and family: I can't begin to explain my feeling of loss for you. Your dad was the most generous person I have ever known. It would take an entire page to list the things he has done to help others that I know of. He was ALWAYS available to give advice, make a contact, or make a phone call on my behalf. There are more than a few successes in my lifetime that I can look back on and see that his touch was involved. The Senator was my mentor and most of all my friend. I truly miss stopping in to see him; his office door was always open for us. You knew things were under control when standing behind his high desk, in that deep voice, he would say "Muriel, get so and so on the phone, I need to talk to him right away". Thank you, Senator Maressa for all the love and compassion you have shown! You will be missed....Vic
