Obituary of Suzanne M Bezubek

Suzanne Marie Bezubek (nee Fort) passed away at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital on Friday, December 14, 2012, following a lengthy illness. Beloved wife of Patrick and loving mother of Cody and Tyler. Devoted daughter of James D. and Lois (nee Bradwell) Fort Sr. Dear sister of Monica (Don) Spielman, James (Dawn) Fort Jr, and Andrew (Janet) Fort. She graduated from Williamstown High School. Donations may be made to the family or memorials may be given to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 11454, Alexandria, VA  22312. Services will be private.
