Obituary of Scott Merendino

Scott Anthony Merendino

Born August 13th,1977 in Somers Point, NJ, Scott passed away on November 24th, 2018 in Edwardsville PA at the age of 41 years.

He leaves behind to forever cherish him, his mother, Terry Benjamin, his father Thomas

Merendino and his two beautiful daughters Gianna Marie and Olivia Rose Merendino. He also leaves behind his much-loved brothers Shane Myers (Carrie), CJ Karrer, and his sister, Jessica Leeds. Scott is also survived by his brothers Shawn, Bryan and Keith Merendino, who will always hold him close and his nieces, Lexy Leeds, Evie Myers and Dylan Myers and nephews

Ryan Leeds, Andrew Leeds and Ethan Myers.

He is also leaving behind many loved ones and friends who grew up with or played music with him. There are too many friends to mention but were each so important to him in life.

Growing up in Somers Point NJ, he later moved to Edwardsville, PA.  He was a skilled painter by trade and a gifted guitarist and songwriter by heart. He leaves behind for us his songs to forever hear in our hearts. 

To be close to his girls, a private service was held in Pennsylvania. The family will hold a memorial service in New Jersey at a later date.
