Sister of Joe Concepcion of Elm, NJ, Rick Concepcion of Sicklerville, NJ and Renae Davis of Charlotte, NC. Grandmother of Lauren Talarico, Brielle Talarico, Steven Stewart, Nicholas Mangaro, Lawrence Mangaro, Jared Mangaro, Lexus Mangaro, Ryan Duffy and Brittany Duffy. Great-Grandmother of 2. Patricia is also survived by her ex-husband Lawrence Hacking of Danville, VA.
