Although my contact with Nat was only by telephone and e-mail as we worked together on books, this is one of the saddest moments of my life. Nat became a close friend and an inspiration as I battle my own health issues. Her positive, upbeat outlook and her determination to overcome is what I will always remember -- and miss. With all her own struggles, she still had time to ask about mine and to encourage me to become like her -- "too ornery to be taken without a fight." I am sorry that she lost this fight; I will miss her greatly. May her spirit become a part of all of us.

We met on the Lindenwold Speed Line one morning and I said to her that I new her from somewhere. We talked for a little while and then realized where we knew each other from. We sold candles for the same company years ago. Then we discovered that we worked at the same company, WB Saunders (Elsevier). We became good friends after that. She helped me with music for my sons wedding. I also worked with her this year on her project for "bring your child to work day". Natalie was one of the good guys. A special person. Always a smile. Always talked about her children (all children) and her grandchildren. I'm going to miss her so much.

Bob and Family,
We just wanted you to know how sorry we are to hear of the loss of a very special lady. Natalie was very special to both of us and she was there to sing as we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. She had a wonderful gift, not only in song but in her smile and her spirit. We were so hoping that both of you were going to make it to Lewes this summer to pay us a visit as we had talked about. God has called her home to a better place. Although it will be hard for those of us left behind, it is good to know she is no longer battling that awful disease. Our hope is that your wonderful memories will help you as you grieve.
May God bless you all
Love
Michael and Louise
