Elva M. Rowan (nee Cloud) On July 11, 2006 of Atco, NJ age 82yrs. Beloved wife of Thomas A. Rowan for 58 years. Devoted mother of Dorothy DeLiso and her husband Michael of Bellmawr, NJ and Elizabeth Gramm and her husband Paul of Vineland, NJ. Dear sister of the late Elmer Cloud, the late Willard Cloud and James Cloud and his wife Joan of Palm Bay, FL. Cherished grandmother of Jennifer (Wayne) Pierce, Andrew DeLiso, Katherine Martin, Pamela (Anthony) Dallessandro, Brandi Martin, Matthew DeLiso and Cynthia Martin. Loving great grandmother of Julia Martin, Lucus Pierce, Nicholas Martin and Carolyn Camp and step-great grandmother of Bethany Dallessandro. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Rowan is a past member of the Atco Vol. Fire Co. Ladies Auxillary as well as the Winslow-Waterford VFW Post 303 Ladies Auxillary. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Sunday evening from 7pm to 9pm and again Monday morning from 10am to 11am at the LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home, 441 White Horse Pike, Atco (856)767-0539. Services will begin at 11am on Monday. Interment, Berlin Cemetery, Berlin, NJ.
