Loving mother of Wayne Waters (Bobbie) of Lansdale, PA, Kenneth Waters (Nancy) of Urbana, OH, Barry Waters (Doris) of Lithonia, GA, Dennis Waters (Deeann) of Atco, NJ & Sally Leech (Paul) of Atco, NJ. Dear sister of the late Edwin Rock, Jr. Grandmother of 11 & Great-Grandmother of 25. Naomi faithfully taught Sunday school for many years at Bethel Temple on Allegheny Ave. in Philadelphia.
