Grandmom, I miss you so much :'( I think about you all the time. I know you and Poppy are watching over me. I love you both so so so much. You were an amazing grandmom. Me and mommy were making cookies the other night and we found recipes you gave to us and mommy started crying because it was actually YOUR recipe and YOUR handwriting. We miss you so much, you don't even know. I was too young when you died to know how much I would miss you, but now that it's been 5 years...I'm feeling all the pain. Every time I look at Aunt Rita I see you and I want to cry, but I know you wouldn't want that. I hear people talk about their grandparents all the time and I just wish you were still here with me, with all of us. It's so hard to not cry when I think about you.
