Obituary of Charles G. Lindenlaub

Charles G. Lindenlaub On December 13, 2006 of Vineland, NJ (formerly of Elm, NJ) age 97yrs. Beloved husband of Zoretta M. (nee Armano) for 65yrs. Devoted father of Charles J. Lindenlaub of Columbus, NJ and June Okamoto and her husband Richard of Vineland, NJ. He is predeceased by his daughter-in-law, Pat Lindenlaub. Dear brother of Max Lindenlaub and his wife Rita of Vineland, NJ. Charles is also survived my many loving nieces and nephews. Charles was a veteran of World War II, proudly serving in the US Army for 5yrs. He spent his working years specializing in mens clothing. He worked for Silvermans Mens Store in Vineland, for over 30years, where he served as a department manager, and then at Franks Mens Store in Millville for another 20years. He retired to Elmtowne Village with his wife, where they happily lived for 25years. Charles was a member of the Vineland Lions Club, the Sacred Heart Varsity Club, and numerous other organizations over the years. But most importantly, he was a wonderful husband and loving father. He will be sadly missed by family, friends, and all who knew him. Relatives and friends are invited to greet Charles family on Saturday from 9:30am to 10:30am in the Chapel at the NJ Veterans Memorial Home, 524 NW Blvd., Vineland, NJ 08360. A Memorial Service will begin at 10:30am. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Charles may be sent to the NJ Veterans Memorial Home at the address above, or to South Jersey Hospice, 2848 S. Delsea Dr., Vineland, NJ 08360.
