CONSTANCE ELAINE PAYNE Of Norristown, PA, age 63yrs, passed away on March 22, 2007 after a life long illness. Elaine is the daughter of Eugene and Isabele Payne. She is survived by 1 brother; Donald Payne, and 6 sisters; Marsha Payne, Revella Payne, Kathleen Pierce, Sandra Kenton, Dona Payne, Evangeline Hartstein, and Pamela Payne. Elaine grew up in Ardmore, PA, and graduated from Lower Merion High School. She was a registered nurse who graduated from the last class of Philadelphia General Hospital.
