Butch - Alan called me Sunday and told me of Marie's death. I am really sorry, but also happy that she was still at home. She didn't want to leave her house, she always told me. Having met your Mom at the time of Bob's death, we became good friends and remained such. For some reason, to this day, I can remember 546-4819, pretty sure, thats the correct phone number, when I have trouble remembering some of my friend's numbers here in Florida. She became one of my biggest routers always telling people to call "My Tommy" when they had a death. She thought the world of you and always said so. Alan tells me she had been to AC the nite before and had hit a jackpot, I am sure that made her happy, although even when she lost, she said she enjoyed being there playing with all the people. She always wanted to take me to Bingo, but unfortunately I never had the chance. I will miss her colorful conversations we always had, and never forget she made the best manicotti I ever had. I am sure Alan will be there, I will be there in thought too. Even though I was in the Funeral Business, I always said "Send me flowers while I am here, not after I am gone" I am happy that she and Bob are back together again, and I am sure she is too.
