Obituary of Alice K. Venella

Alice K Venella Homemaker, (nee Kannengieser) age 79yrs, died at home in Stratford, NJ on June 12th. Beloved wife of Louis. Mother of Scott, Jeffrey, Gwen Lang and the late Amy Venella. Mother-in-law of David Lang, Barbara and Deborah. Grandmother of Megan, Kevin, Andrew, Tracy and Lesley. She is also survived by her sister, Dorothy Geiger. A lifetime resident of South Jersey, Betty was an exceptional baker, avid gardener and accomplished seamstress. She loved to travel and met many wonderful people. She loved music and attended numerous musical programs. Until recently, Betty met once a month with her Club (Girlfriends from the Class of 1946 Audubon HS). A memorial service will be held at the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, in Magnolia on Wednesday, June 20, 2007 at 7:30pm. Interment will be held on June 21st, 10:30am at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
