Obituary of Joseph Porcelli

Joseph Porcelli Went home to be with the Lord on July 14, 2007 at the age of 87. He is the devoted husband of 65 years to Josephine (nee Sharp). Loving father of Robert J. Porcelli and his wife Doreen of Atco and Ronald W. Porcelli and his wife Denise of Laurel Springs. Proud Grandfather of Daneen M. Mann (Rob), Anthony J. Porcelli (Christy), Daron Porcelli, Justin Porcelli, Danielle and Dana Porcelli. Great Grandfather of Emily Porcelli, Elizabeth Porcelli and Anthony J. Porcelli. Mr. Porcelli served with the 85th Infantry 10th Mountain Division as a field medic in the U.S. Army during WWII. He also received a Bronze Star for his service. He was a life member of VFW Post 3620 in Gloucester City and enjoyed ballroom dancing with his wife. Family and friends are invited to attend Josephs viewing on Tuesday evening from 6 to 8pm. Services will begin promptly at 8pm. Inurnment will take place on Wednesday at the Gloucester County Veterans Cemetery in Williamstown.
