Obituary of Robert H. Sturgis

Robert H. Sturgis On November 10, 2007 of N. Ft. Myers, FL (formerly of W. Berlin) age 75yrs. Beloved husband of Ruth D. (nee Paulley). Loving father of Sharon Sobansky of Marmora, Darlene DiMeglio (Mark) of Ancora, Kathleen Giunta (Richard Grasmick) of Blenheim and Donald R. Sturgis of Voorhees. Grandfather of Franco, Ryan, Alexandra, Christina and Erica. . Brother of Claire LaBar of Buena. Mr. Sturgis served in the US Army with the Green Berets during the Korean Conflict. He was wounded in three separate incidents and received three purple hearts. He was a member of the class of 1950, Collingswood High School. He was a well known Musician in the South Jersey, Phila area. He was an avid fisherman and loved boating. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Thursday November 15th. from 10:00am to 11:30am at the LeRoy P.
