Angie became our "2nd daughter" practially from the day we met her. She was a wonderful friend to our daughter, and soon became a lively, loving part of our extended "family." We are NJ natives, moved to Illinois and we thought it just right that she should move there, while we were still in HER home state! Now we're in Louisiana and we will remember Angie's strength, vitality, compassion and and love for her boys and family. Rest in peace, Angie. Welove you.

One memory we have of Angie is:
I, Karan, will never forget when Angie was maybe 2yrs. old. She was sitting on the top step of the porch of Grove Street. Her Dad ( Pete ) and Tony Sr. were out there with her, when suddenly a yellow jacket arrived. Tony & Pete ran from the yellow jacket. They left Angie on the step. From that point on, she was bound to be strong. We are very proud to have known her. We are proud of her strength, fighting for her Country, Mother of two sons, such a (BEAUTIFUL CHILD-A TRUE GIFT FROM GOD ).

I am so sorry for your loss! I did not know Angela as an adult, only as a child, but recognized her somehow and then saw her maiden name in the local Pantagraph. As a child, my family camped at Jolly's Lake near Blm, IL. I have many fond memories of her and her little sister, Ginny(?) who was always very near their Grandma although I hung around more closely with Ella as we were closer in age. Angela was a beautiful, sweet child as I recall. The entire family was/is beautiful! I am so sorry. You are in my prayers.
