Mrs. Kubat, Terri, Ronnie and Tony. We are so sorry for the loss of Mr. Kubat. Over the years we were fortunate, both John and I, to have had the opportunity to share many good times and conversations with Mr. Kubat. These memeories will remain with us forever.
