Burton H. Mathis On September 20, 2008 of Mt. Laurel, NJ, age 87yrs. Beloved husband of Adelaide M. "Chick" (nee Procida) for 56 yrs. Loving father of Sandra McLynch of Manchester, NH and Burton Mathis of Marlton, NJ. Dear brother of Leah Mathis of Voorhees, NJ, the late Emory Mathis and the late Harvey Mathis. Proud grandfather of Allison, Mark, Justin, Heather, Megan, Emily and Nicolette. Great grandfather of Gabriel and Kyran. Mr. Mathis proudly served in the US Navy during WWII and was an operating engineer with Local #825 for 37yrs. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Wednesday from 10:00am to 11:00am at the LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home, 441 White Horse Pike, Atco, NJ (856) 767-0539. A Memorial Service will begin at 11:00am. Interment will be private.
