Billy is going to be greatly &sadly missed. We have been neighbors for the past 23 years. We will miss him coming over and seeing what Homer (Sam) is up to, or playing with hairball (Seymore).He had nicknames for all of us. We have alot of good memories of Billy he was always there to help us out. We would call him McGuyver (after the TV show) he could figure anything out!! Billy had a good heart.
