Obituary of William C. Haas

William C. HaasOf Williamstown, NJ, age 70yrs, passed away on February 2, 2009 after a courageous battle with cancer. Loving husband of Peg for 49yrs. Beloved father of Bill (Charlotte), Ed (Cindy), and Tina (John). Devoted grandfather of William, Amanda, Justin, Brittany and Anne-Marie. Brother of Betty Carr, the late Carol Spruill, Jane Nester (Bob), and the late Robert. He was predeceased by his parents, William and Betty Haas, his father-in-law Albert Strekis, and most recently, his loving mother-in-law Marguerite Strekis and infant granddaughter Rebecca Lynne Morgan. He was an employee and dear friend of John Jacobs, Sr. (Angie) and Jake Jacobs (Mary). He will be sadly missed by his family and friends as well as everyone he has touched along his journey through life. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Thursday evening from 7pm to 9pm at the LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home, 441 White Horse Pike, Atco (856)767-0539. Graveside services will be held at 10am on Friday at St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Black Horse Pike and Corkery Ln, Williamstown.
