Joseph Kovacs On February 9, 2009 of Waterford, NJ age 80yrs. Beloved husband of Doris M. (nee Giordano) for 52yrs. Devoted father of Joseph M. Kovacs of Atco, Michael Kovacs and his wife Maryann of Wappinger Falls, NY, Cheryl Ann Fish of Bozrah, CT and Maria A. Lerza and her husband Anthony, Jr. of Waterford. Loving Grandfather of Eric Evans, Erin Evans, Laura Ann Sacchetti, Jennifer Kovacs, Michael Kovacs, Jr., Danielle Kovacs, Ryan Fish, Gianni Lerza, Giuliano Lerza and Romeo Lerza. Mr. Kovacs was a US Navy Veteran of World War II. He lived his life for his family and his devotion to them will be greatly missed. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Thursday, 9:30am to 10:30am at the St. Anthony's RC Church, Pennington Ave., Waterford, NJ A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00am. Interment, Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Berlin, NJ.
