to John's family,
We are NLDC are so sorry to hear of John's loss. He was a big personality in a big place. It has been 3 years since he retired from here, but we don't forget. We are saddened that he didn't get more time to enjoy his retirement. We heard his big plans and wished him much adventure and joy on his way.
Our hearts go out to you, the family that will experience the loss in a big way. There's a whole in your holiday season. December will never be the same. In years to come you will be able to bring out favorite foods, a piece of his china. You will smile, remembering him and will be able to hear his comments in your ears. Hold fast onto his love, for it is forever.
Many blessings for John was a blessing,
The Rev. Rosemarie Newberry
Chaplain, The New Lisbon Developmental Center

John, I remember our last conversation at Thanksgiving. You were excited about finally being able to collect SS so you could enjoy some travel. I am sorry you never got to enjoy that travel here on Earth, but I guess you've decided to make the ultimate journey. I know you're still with us in spirit, still enjoying great recipes, and no doubt you've found a Lennox Outlet in Heaven by now and are adding to your collection.
We will never forget you and we will miss you greatly at the holiday gatherings.

Dear Dennis and family....
We are so sorry to hear of Johnny's passing.....he was an entertaining and interesting cousin who I have many memories of from years past. I always remember us as children in your mom's kitchen where she was making delicious cheese cake and we were all laughing and joking with her....John was always right in the mix teasing and joking as well...days long past but not forgotten.
Sending our thoughts to you all.....
Janice and Rich

John, Thank you for all of the joy and fun that you brought to our family gatherings. I'll think of you whenever I eat lasagna (I'll be wishing it was your recipe!)...or see a beautifully composed platter of fruit, or a lovely piece of Lennox. You were one in a million. You'll be missed deeply, but never forgotten.

John: Oh how I will miss my Back Gammon teacher; all those times we played that game in our little “office” at Ancora! You definitely WERE the “Ultimate Character”! You had a comment about everything. One of your favorite sayings was ATTS! I won’t write what it stands for here though, as I may embarrass someone, but you know and that’s enough! So glad that you, Claire and I had a chance to catch up at lunch recently, though it was always too long between visits. Strangely enough you were the only person I ever knew who could break a Corelle dish! But then that was you John; one of a kind! To your family, I can only say that you were one of the best people I ever knew! I will miss your smiling face and your crazy antics! Every time we spoke you would always start the conversation with “listen to this Mare” and then go on to tell me some incredible thing you were going to do or that happened to you! My life is much richer for having known you John Consalvi! God bless you and RIP!!!
