I don't suppose a man could live much past 50 years with a lion's heart in his chest so we shouldn't be surprised at his passing but certainly no less saddened. John had more flaws than a $25 suit but more virtues than those we revere as saints. I worked with John for over 13 years at Lonza where he made me and the rest of the guys laugh like no other with stories that only he could tell from predicaments that only he could get himself into. I felt honored when he would often say I was his best friend there because he had a lot of friends and was a friend to all. Of all the literally thousands of people that came and went there over the years he was the most unique and my favorite of them all. The ancient Egyptians always believed that you are never really gone if someone is thinking of you to which I say, Johnny boy, I'll never forget you or how much you made me laugh. Rest in peace.

John, I am thankful for each and every second, that we shared together. You're my brother and my friend. You always said, that we were cut from the same cloth, whether I liked it or not... You were correct... we are strong minded and as tough as nails. You proved that, right up to the end! May God Bless you! I love you miss you like crazy! We had our battles as do all siblings, but we had more fun times, than anything! Especially, when we "borrowed" Dawn's Pinto and took it out in the snow- Grants' old parking lot, doing donuts and then trying to get that little blow about car, back up the hill! I'm glad we had time to reminisce again, about some of our oddball adventures... All my love! You will be forever and so sadly missed! I love you, John! May you Rest In Peace!
