Hello Peg,
I'm so sorry to hear of George's passing. He was my first contact when I went to join Lakeland Aircraft Modelers back in 1989. Then come to find out he worked for
my step-father Jack Giffin back in the 60's. We were always friends and went to airplane flea markets together. In fact, the club secretary sent an email yesterday to remind us of the upcoming flea market in Doylestown Pa.in April. I was thinking of George yesterday because we went to that one together. Then this morning I read the Courier online and saw George's name. Peg, again, I'm so sorry to hear of George's passing. I've sent out emails to all the club members that knew him.
