To the Augustine Family,
Its been a long time since I have seen Chuck, I will always remember his beautiful smile, his wonderful laugh,
and loving ways. No doubt he was greeted with open arms by
his parents, and those that have gone before him. He was a
wonderful man, and precious soul, may he rest in peace.
