I lived next door to Frank and his family in the early 70's on Central Ave. in Cedarbrook. I have many fond memories of Frank and his late wife Carol. I was especially close in age to his children Curtis and Suzanne. My heartfelt sympathies go out to all of the DeGroff family at this time.
