Frank was such a gentleman always dancing with all the ladies and never turning anyone down. He was a pleasure to dance with and such a loyal student and friend. I enjoyed all our showcases and lessons together. I along with many others will miss his smile and laugh. We all prayed that he would come back to dance class but you did better Frank....you are on God's dance floor now. My sympathy and prayers to his family...Diane

I have many fond memories dancing with Frank in our Tuesday evening dance classes over the past 8 years. We have so missed Frank and were praying for his return. He so loved to dance, and was always smiling and graced me with a pleasant dance around the ballroom floor on so many a Friday evening. He will be missed by many. I hope his feet keep on dancing! Frank has been and will forever be missed.

Cooney Family,
I hope that you are blessed with comfort and strength during this difficult time. I met Frank through the Dances By Diane Studio and Stardust Dance Studio and can say that he enriched so many lives with his friendly personality and spreading his joy of dance to everyone in the dance community. Frank's joy was truly infectious and will continue on in our memories in the dance community. It was great to be around someone who appreciated and enjoyed every moment of life. I am sure Frank is dancing in heaven now looking upon all of his loved ones and friends he left behind. Frank will be sorely missed. May he Rest In Peace.
Sincerely,
Linda

To Frank's family:
I just learned of Frank's passing. I am one of his many many dance friends. I first met Frank about 12 years ago at the old Stardust where we were in a group dance class. I've had many conversations with Frank and we shared many beautiful dances together. He LOVED to dance and was always trying to show me new steps. Please know that he was an important and well-liked member of the dance community. I will miss his sense of humor and pleasant personality.
Warmly,
Paula P

Awe, Uncle Frank I will miss you. I remember, this young kid with a car that had a loud horn, I was 8 I think. I think back to days when Mike and Cyndi were growing up. You are with grandmom and grandpop Cooney, my mom, and many others. Now no more suffering and pain.
