Such a tragic loss. Betty was a warm, loving person. Her dedication and compassion for animals was felt by everyone who knew her. I only knew her for a fairly small part of her all too brief life, but she made a large impression in my heart. My condolences to her family and all those who cared about her. She will be missed, but she leaves behind many wonderful memories.

My deepest condolences go out to Kathy Fidler and her family with the loss of Betty. I got to know Betty, through her sister Kathy, over the past couple of years. She was a very active woman with her job and still found time to take care of the kitties in the shelters. She loved her kitty cats. When it came to family, you couldn't find a more loving and caring person than her. Betty and her sister were very close and talked to each other every day. What a shock to see such a vibrant women be stricken so quickly and taken away from those who loved her. Take peace in knowing that she is in heaven now and no longer suffering. She is at peace. May God guide you all and help you through this trying time. My prayers are with you.

I became acquainted with Betty professionally, and although I never had the pleasure to meet her personally, I felt that I knew her all my life. Betty's personality truly shined and our conversations always left me with a smile. Her willingness to help went above and beyond her responsibility to assist others. She has touched many hearts, and although I prayed for her recovery, it is comforting to know that she is now in a better place, in God's hands. My sincere condolences go out to all of Betty's family and friends.

Our hearts broke when we heard of Betty's passing. My husband and I met Betty volunteering at the CSTAR clinics. She had a great spirit and personality and taught us everything about caring for the cats in recovery. After meeting Betty, you could tell that she was the type of person who would do anything for the kitties and her friends. She was a wonderful inspiration and we think of her often. We will miss her immensely. Our thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends.

What a shock. And what a loss to the TNR community and to all stray kitties everywhere. Betty was extremely dedicated, and an amazing example to all of us animal lovers. She was the real deal, and an inspiration to all who had the opportunity to know her and to work with her.
We had the privilege of working with Betty at the C-STAR SOS clinic, and we will miss her down-to-earth approach to life, her joy and pleasure in helping make the world a better place for strays, one kitty at a time. She definitely practiced what she preached, caring for 27 cats in her own home, as well as volunteering her time in many capacities on the weekends.
Betty touched our lives from the very first day we met her, as Head of Recovery at the clinic, and we admired her as she fought her way through her health issues. We will miss her dearly. May she Rest in Peace.

Dear Pelikoski family,
I am heart broken to hear of Betty's passing. She was a sweet and giving person who thought of others and liked to laugh. Her family and her cats were the things she cared most about. Whenever Betty had a cat question or need she would call and I would help her in any way possible. Lisa Drinkwater and I got Betty into helping at the SOS clinic and boy did she like it. She felt the difference she was making in the lives of cats. I remember the day her friend Frank caught Heather her colony cat she had tried to catch for years. Betty was so excited she cried with joy while telling me after the phone call.
I will miss her very much and will remember her kind spirit.
Fly free Betty and go to the Rainbow Bridge to meet all the kitties you loved and cared for,
give mine a hug and kiss to.
Hugs to you her family, for you are in my prayers.

My deepest condolences on the loss of Betty. She was my representative from Insurance Administrators of America when I worked at Birdsall Services Group. She helped me run my open enrollment meetings each year. She always had a smile when I saw her and I enjoyed working with her. She was a sweet lady.
May she rest in God's loving hands.

My deepest sympathy tot he Pelikoski family. Betty has helped me through the years of straighten out bills for my husband and I with Nephrology Associates. I remember our talks very well. Betty was a great a person to talk to regarding other issues instead of insurances. She will be sorely missed by us.

Chrissy, Chip, Chase, Tony and Kathy:
My deepest sympathies to you on our loss of a wonderful mother, grandmom, friend and sister. She was my cherished friend for many years and I have so many happy memories to hold close in my heart. The cruise! Trivia! Betty could be counted on to help at a moments notice, always had the backs of her friends and was never shy about voicing her opinions - and always with that dry sense of humor. She was one of the most caring, giving people I have ever known and the one thing she loved more fiercely than her cats was her family. The world was a better place with her in it....our loss is heaven's gain. You've certainly earned your wings, my friend. Love you.

Betty had a heart of gold. Her love of animals was as big as her heart. Seven days a week she worried about her kitties and took wonderful care of each and every one of them. Always the first one to lend a helping hand. She will be truly missed. I worked with Betty for over 15 years at IAA and she was so giving and kindhearted. Good bye my beautiful friend may you fly with the Angels and Rest in Peace,

It is with heartfelt sadness to learn of Betty's passing. I had the pleasure of working with Betty at IAA. She was not only a dear sweet friend to many, always with a smile and twinkle in her eyes. She was always ready to lend a helping hand. Her generosity and passion for pussy cats was beyond what most would know and understand!. I have a dear sweet little boy, named Mr. Moe, she helped me adopt 4 years ago, who has added tremendous joy to my life, just like Betty did.
RIP Betty..........you will be so sadly missed.
