I knew George during my time at CIGNA. At face value he seemed like a regular guy, friendly and easy to talk to, but behind that charm and great sense of humor was a very clever and bright individual. In the computer world, any system built internally inside the walls of a company typically has a shelf life of 10 years or less. George was involved in building a system back in the early 80's that is still in use almost 25 years later. But of course what I will always remember about him is his great sense of humor and how he could make everyone around him smile and laugh when he got on one of his laughing jags. Rest in peace George. We all know you're in a better place where there is no suffering. You will never be forgotten.

So sorry to hear about George's passing. I heard over the holidays that he was in poor health. I always remember his unique laugh, which he frequently displayed. We worked together at Cigna (INA) but on seperate project teams. remember the good times interacting at work and bowling against his team at the LaMartinique (now 30 Strikes). I know he also golfed in the league, and even though I did not participate, we would often talk about his game. R.I.P GEORGE!

I read the obituary about the loss of your loved one and I
extend my sincere condolences.
Death is truly an enemy but there is comfort in the Bible
that “God will actually swallow up death forever and
certainly wipe the tears from all faces.” Isaiah 25:8
Hold onto the beautiful memories of George and continue
to have the love and support from family and friends.
