Obituary of William Goldy

On March 23, 2015, William C. Goldy Jr., 84 of Southampton Township, passed peacefully at Virtua Hospital in Mt. Holly. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years Marion "nee" Amies, son William C. Goldy III. (Lorraine), daughter Jeanne Sanitate (James), son Gary Lee Goldy, six grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Mr. Goldy served honorably in the United States Navy from 1948-1952. He also spent over 30 years and retired as a Communications Engineer at Fort Dix, NJ. He was a member of the Episcopal Church of Ascension in Gloucester City until 1964, and joined St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Medford, NJ. A service in his honor will be held at St. Peter's Episcopal Church on Hartford Road in Medford, NJ at 11:00 am on Friday March 27.
