Obituary of Marcy Anne Hoffman

Marcy Anne Hoffman, 72, of Voorhees passed away on June 20, 2015 Marcy, beloved wife of David, passed mercifully from this earth on their 46th wedding anniversary. Marcy was born and grew up in Chicago, then lived in the suburbs and Bethel, CT before moving to Voorhees in 1981. She was awarded a bachelors degree SUMMA CUM LAUDE from Western Connecticut State College and a JURIS DOCTOR from Rutgers School of Law. Marcy began her legal career as a criminal defense attorney when she worked on several notable cases. She then worked for the State of New Jersey in the Department of Higher Education and the Department of Education for over twenty five years before retiring in 2013. The recent picture above shows that she greatly enjoyed the new found freedom. Marcy was fiercely independent but with a compassionate and gentle sole. She was also an exceptionally loving and supportive wife.
