To the Vandergrift Family,
I am so very sorry for the loss of Brian. My heart is broken. I have known Brian since we were 12 years old. He was always such a gentlemen. So kind and polite. He was a huge part of my growing up, years.
My sincere thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
Brian will continue to live on in your hearts, just as his Dad has.

Most of my memories of growing up in Kirkwood include the Vandegrift Family. Brian is a part of those memories. From the thrill of that fist ride on the back of his motorcycle, baseball games behind the fire house, snowball fights in the middle of Gibbsboro road, to crack the whip on Kirkwood lake. Although older than my group, he always made us feel included in the fun.
He will be missed by many, but will live on in the hearts of those he touched. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends during ths difficult time.

To the Vandegrift Family,
As teenagers we have fond memories of many good times with the Vandegrift family when we lived in New Jersey and will always count Brian a friend.
Our prayers is for God to be a great comforter to you during this time. For those in our family who have gone before us, Terry and I take are comforted in knowing that it is not goodbye but rather 'I will see you later in heaven.'

Condolences to the Vandegrift family on Brian's passing. It has been a long time since I saw Brian and didn't know him well. I played baseball with his older brother Ken in Ashland, NJ. As a US Army veteran I very much appreciate Brian's USMC service in Vietnam. My thoughts an prayers are with you all in this very dificult time.
Sincerely,
Jerry Miller
