Joe will be sadly missed. I remember meeting Joe when our family first moved into Waterford, in August of 1988.! My son attended a few 4-H club meeting and was assisted by Joe on how to raise chickens, and hamsters.
Joe was an excellent volunteer, and always was 'involved' with the K of C organization, and the community.
