Obituary of Walter J. Bauscher

Mr. Walter Julius Bauscher, Jr. died peacefully in hospice care at Kennedy Memorial Hospital in Stratford, NJ on August 28, 2015, at the age of 79, after a period of illness. Walter is survived by brother Glenn Hughes Bauscher of Monroeville, PA; sister Flora Dorothea Hinger (nee Bauscher) of Vorhees, NJ; nephews Glenn David (May) Bauscher of Cambridge, New York; Michael Bauscher of Moorestown, NJ; John Theodore Hinger, Jr. of Atco, NJ; James Daniel (Lorraine) Hinger of Cherry Hill, NJ; nieces Tina Leigh Bauscher of Jacksonville, Florida; Jill Bauscher of Medford, NJ; Judith Hinger (Darwin) Hoskins of Nashville, Tennessee; and cousin Joan Hughes Hannum of Fayetteville, NY; preceded in death by parents Walter Julius Bauscher, Sr., and Beatrice May Bauscher (nee Hughes) of Haddon Heights, NJ. Walter was born on November 4, 1935 in Woodbury, NJ to Walter Julius Bauscher, Sr., and Beatrice May Bauscher, graduated from Haddonfield High School, served in the U.S. Air Force [from approximately 1953 to 1955?], and ran his own jewelry shop in Westmont, NJ for a time. He was an ever-curious student of nature and life, who enjoyed sharing his discoveries. We will miss him.
