Diane M. Owens, 51, of Waterford, passed away on October 3, 2015. Beloved wife of Stephen R. Owens; Cherished daughter of Arlene and the late Joseph Bowen; Devoted mother of Jessica, Anthony, and Rachel; Dear sister of Joseph Bowen. Theresa Panno and Michael Bowen; also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation on Saturday, October 10, 2015 from 6pm to 7pm at the LeRoy P.
