Loving husband of Margaret (nee Buchanan-Wagner) Survived by son, Jason Rowand of Croydon, PA., six grandchildren, brother Emery of Clearwater, Fl, sisters Lillian Holshue of Runnemede, NJ, Margaret Santella of Virginia Beach, VA, Bertha Abnett of Bellmawr, NJ and Ruth Hauserman of Cornwell, NY. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Monday, June 14th, 7:00pm to 9:00pm at the LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home, 441 White Horse Pike, Atco, NJ.
