Obituary of Howard Donald Cook

On March 5, 2016 Howard "Donald" Cook passed away peacefully. Don was a trusting follower of Jesus, the faithful and beloved husband of Norma (nee Holloway) for over 65 years and the cherished, loving father and outstanding role model to children Russell Cook (Dorene) of PA, Nancy Welsh (Rick) of NC and Susan Edmondson of NJ. He was the proud grandfather of Ryan, Dylan, Brody, Mark and Kevin, a fun loving cousin and a favorite uncle, a dependable friend and neighbor and a skilled craftsman and dedicated employee of Garvey Corporation for 70 years. Don was a lifetime resident of Atco, NJ. He was the son of the late "Tessie" and William Cook, and the youngest and last surviving brother of Roydon, Marie (Doyle) and Edward Cook. Don served in the US Army when he was 17. He was an Eagle Scout, Scout leader and little league coach. Don's family invites you to visit with them on Saturday, March 12, 2016 beginning at 10:00am; his memorial service will follow at 10:30am at the Atco United Presbyterian Church, 2259 Atco Ave., Atco, NJ 08004.
