Joan M. Scott, 83, of Vero Beach, FL, formerly of Atco, passed away on July 6, 2016. Devoted mother of Wendy (Robert) Parducci, Brian (Ginger) Scott, Lynne Scott, and Mark (Pamela) Scott; Loving grandmother of Christina (Michael), Brian, Keith, Alexis, Kelli, Chad and the late Robert, Jr. and great grandmother of Nathan; Dear sister of Mary, William, John Richard and the late Rodman; Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
