Obituary of John W. Moody

John W. Moody age 80yrs of Waterford Works, NJ passed away on Sept. 27, 2016. Beloved and devoted husband of Elizabeth (nee McMullen). Father of Tracy Markowitz of Hammonton, NJ and John Magann, Jr. of Folsom, PA. Brother of Jenny Gerace (Sal), Billy Moody (Peg) and the late James Moody. Grandfather of 8 Grandchildren and 2.9 Great Grandchildren. He was a friend of "Bill W". He was the project director of the Recovery Center of Delaware for over 20 yrs. His mission in life was to help those suffering from addiction. He enjoyed physical activities such as running in local races. He was an avid racquetball player. He also enjoyed watching the "Intimidator", Dale Earnhardt and Eagles Football. John was loved by all who knew him. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Monday evening, October 3, 2016 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm with a second viewing Tuesday morning October 4, 2016 from 8:30am to 9:15am at the LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home & Crematory, 441 White Horse Pike in Atco. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10:00am at Christ the Redeemer Parish / Assumption Church, 318 Carl Hasselhan Drive, Atco NJ.
