The family of David W. Chard wish to extend our heartfelt condolences upon the passing of our dear cousin, Bill. We remember him with great affection and shared warm memories during our growing up years together. Having been in the same age timeline with Billy, we shared many holidays and weekends, as our Chard Family spent these special times together.
Gone too soon and will always be remembered with a light heart.
