Obituary of Salvatore C. Scafini

Salvatore C. Scafini, 93, of Berlin, passed away on October 29, 2016. Beloved husband of 62 years to Rita (nee Del Bono); Devoted father of Carol and Maryann (Scott); Loving grandfather of Tommy and Bettina; Dear brother of the late Domenic and Elizabeth; Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Mr. Scafini was a United States Air Force Veteran serving during World War II. He retired from the Langston Company after 28 years of service. Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation on Saturday, November 5, 2016 from 10:00am to 11:00am at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish/St. Lawrence Church, 135 N. White Horse Pike, Lindenwold, NJ. A Mass will follow at 11:00am. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
