Philomena M. Schaefer (nee Paolini), 92 yrs., passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on Tuesday, December 20, 2016. She is predeceased by her loving husband, Jacob W. Schaefer, Jr.; parents Andrew and Anna Paolini. She is survived by her sons, Jacob Schaefer, IV (Jack) and Joel Schaefer; daughter, Constance Nedohon; grandchildren, Tina, Gina, Lisa Ann, Bryan, Bridget and Hailey; three great grandchildren.
