Obituary of Constance "Connie" Shendock
Constance "Connie" Shendock (nee Reilly), 85yrs., passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on Friday, March 3rd. She was born in 1931 to the late Joseph & Edith Reilly (nee Bright) of West Berlin, NJ. Connie was a lifelong resident of Atco. She enjoyed baking, knitting and most of all sewing. She enjoyed trips to the casino to play her favorite slot machine and occasionally drawing. Connie was a school bus driver for Coast City for many years and loved the children.
Connie is predeceased by her parents and Sister Carole Reilly.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 66years, Raymond Shendock; devoted mother of Raymond W. Shendock, Jr. and John K. Shendock (Phyllis); sister, Gail Gavin (Ed) from Sebastian, FL.; brother, Joseph Reilly (Betsy) from W. Berlin, NJ; beloved sister-in-law Marjorie Hirst; brother-in-law, Carmen Cancelliere; grandchildren, Raymond Shendock, III. (Megan), Monique Albertson, Anthony Shendock (Jami), Tori Shendock (Liya), and Sean Shendock; seven great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Monday, March 6th from 10am-12pm at the LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home & Crematory, 441 White Horse Pike, Atco, NJ. A funeral service will begin at 12pm. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made to the American Heart Association at www.heart.org or the Atco Lions Club at PO Box 44, Atco, NJ 08004. Entombment will be at Berlin Cemetery, 40 Clementon Road, Berlin, NJ.
