Cookie, Todd, Katherine, Anna and Harper,
Erv was one of a kind. He always had a smile on his face no matter what he was going through. He had God's strength and persistence in him. We will always remember him as a "Gentle Giant". I have come to believe that the most important thing in life for him was his wife, his son, daughter-in-law and two beautiful granddaughters. Todd, your girls were the apple of his eye. God bless you all. I am quite sure that he was able to enjoy living to this age because of the wonderful care you all provided him. Cookie, Todd, whether or not you realize it, you not only kept him alive but extended his life. You were terrific care givers. He could not have done it without you, nor would he have wanted to. He is now free to roam the outdoors where he loved to be.
