Rest in peace, my friend. We only knew each other for a short time, but you were a dear friend and I will miss talking to you after church before you boarded the church bus to return home. I'm so sorry I didn't get to tell you how much I valued those conversations. I hope you did, too, and never told me. You had a sweetness about you that touched me and, just maybe, made me a little sweeter, too.N
