I'm still in shock over the loss of Pat. As we stood in the back of the church one Sunday, I was feeling nervous about being a lector again. Pat gave me a hug and said, "You've got this!!" He was right, I did just fine, however I think his encouraging words and faith in me definitely helped. Please accept my condolences to all of the Schafer family. May Pat rest in peace and I pray our Lord gives you all comfort. God bless you, Garnetta
