My sincere condolences to Robin and her family. Amy loved her family very much. She always spoke very highly of her grandchildren, how talented you were, Robin, with your crafts and what a wonderful son-in-law Scott was. Amy was a very dear friend who had a heart of gold. She was a terrific crocheter and knitter and this is just one of the things she will be remembered for. We exchanged patterns but her projects always looked better. Amy and I did Red Hat Society and dancing classes together. I don't know of anyone who didn't like Amy. She was one of the friendliest people I know. She loved country music and going to the movies. She probably saw every movie out there. Every time I hear Alan Jackson sing, I will think of Amy. She loved him so much that, as you know, she was a member of his fan club.
Amy - I still can't believe that you are gone. You are and will be missed very much. You are in God's hands now. Rest in peace.

Amy was definitely a very special person. She was always involved in charitable works. She was once a member of our OLPH Bowling League and was kind enough to give me her old bowling ball when she purchased a new one. When she no longer belonged to our league she would still come to visit and we would all catch up. Everyone was so happy to see her and then would do lunch. Her hand-made items were the best and the recipients had to be extremely happy.
May God bless her--I will miss her and her dynamic personality!!!
Rest in peace, Amy.
Sincerely,
Marie Di Donato
P.S. Virginia Harp (another team member) requested that I convey her sincere condolences on the loss of your Mom.

Robin and family, I am one of the dancers on Tuesday mornings and your Mom was just the sweetest!!! She was always smiling and so very friendly and caring. We often talked about bowling as I too bowl in a league. She told me all about her "carriage house" where she lived on your property. She loved it!! She sometimes knitted during the class if she arrived late and I was amazed at the baby sweaters she made!!. I would sometimes go to the Canoe Club for lunch and BINGO with her and the girls. When my best friend (another dancer) was going through breast cancer treatments, your Mom knitted her 2 caps to wear for when her hair fell out. Such a sweetheart!! I will TRULY miss your Mom and I was so very sad to hear of her passing today at dance class. We all kept hoping she would get better and that we would see her soon. She was one of a kind....a SPECIAL kind.
We all formed a circle today, held hands, and said a prayer for you and the family that you will find strength at this sad time and find comfort with the memories of your Mom and all she taught you and meant to you!! With sincere sympathy......
Hugs, Nancy Paul
P.S. I was always amazed how your Mom could bend over and touch her toes and then PALM the floor!!! WOW!!

I was in the red hat group with Amy. She always thought of everyone and made sure we got flowers on our birthdays. She had many good ideas of where to eat and what we could do next. Our group will not be the same without her. She loved her family more than anything and would always mention good things about them. Amy we will always remember you and surely will miss you. Rest In Peace.
