Joe was my brother-in-law who I first met in 1960 when dating his brother who I later married in 1963. He was always upbeat and a joy to be around. His devotion to his mother was admirable. His love for his wife was beautiful. They were so close in every way. And in later years they were closer than ever. He was a devoted father and set an example for his sons that is evident in how both his sons Pete and Mike are living their lives. He will be missed.
